退款政策
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of new products within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@bessobly.com, and we will provide you with the return address. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only and cannot be issued to a different payment method.
If you choose to use your own shipping method to return the item, please include the invoice or order number with the return shipment and email the tracking information to admin@bessobly.com.
Please be aware that any taxes or duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable through BESSOBLY, as they are remitted directly to your local customs authority. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about refunds on taxes and duties for returned orders.
Return packages are processed within 5–10 business days upon receipt, and a confirmation email will be sent once the return is completed. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's processing time.
All refunds are issued in USD; any discrepancies in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of processing.
If you do not see the refund within the specified time frame, we recommend contacting your card issuer directly for further assistance.
