BESSOBLY ships directly from Jeju Island, South Korea. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Due to new product launches, increased order volumes may extend shipping times to 7–10 business days. Special promotions and holidays may also require additional processing time. However, once an order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible, ensuring your package arrives safely and promptly at your address. We ship daily from Monday to Friday. International Shipping
International orders are shipped from Jeju Island, South Korea, and typically arrive within 10 business days from the shipping date. However, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance processes.

We primarily use EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping; however, other carriers may be utilized as necessary. Please note that you cannot specify a particular shipping carrier.
Free Shipping
For the countries listed above, free standard shipping is available for international orders with a subtotal of $80 or more after all promotions or discounts have been applied. To apply free shipping, select the free standard shipping option at checkout for the eligible order.
For orders to Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Russia, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Finland, shipping fees are structured as follows:
· Orders with a subtotal up to $69.99: $22 shipping fee
· Orders with a subtotal up to $149.99: $35 shipping fee
· Orders with a subtotal of $150 or more: Free shipping
Please note:
For shipments to the United Arab Emirates, additional delivery fees may be applied by EMS at the time of final delivery.

Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the shipping destination.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Countries
For international orders shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, all relevant taxes and duties are included at checkout, and no additional fees will be applied when the package arrives in the destination country. Please note that all EU orders exceeding a value of €150 are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and may incur additional charges at customs.
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Countries
For international orders shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, any taxes and duties incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected prior to delivery. These costs are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country. As we cannot provide an estimate of these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information. Please note that all EU orders exceeding a value of €150 are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and may incur additional charges at customs.
